Yah buddies.. allow me to introduce the newest member of team Layback Larry here…

Josh, or Jdays as he will be posting on here as, is my good bud from high school on the central coast of California. He was always the best surfer out of our group of friends, and has been combining his love of the ocean with his new love of photography. He has recently worked as a seasonal park ranger out at the sacred Jalama Beach, living in his parked RV steps away from the sand, and still puts in time here and there at our local surf shop.

We are super stoked to have his creative eye and layback style here at Layback Larry…

Matt Wilkinson and his custom “cash money” Rip Curl wetsuit may have lost early in the Quiksilver Pro New York event (although I think he should have won the heat myself), but he still managed to pull the best layback in the contest…check it out at :18 seconds into it, below.

Just spent a couple days Magnum P.I.’ing it down south, San Cle town…the breakers were super fun and Pedro’s Tacos did me right as usual.
